CME ACCREDITATION PROCESS FOR GERMAN DELEGATES ONLY

The 25th EFORT Annual Congress has been accredited with 18 continuing medical education points by the Hamburg Medical Association (for German doctors only).

Regulations require scanning your badge to collect the total amount of hours the medical specialist attended into the scientific programme as part of the educational activity of the congress. In the entrance area of the congress venue, there will be CME scanners. Please make sure to scan your name badge on-site once per day.

IMPORTANT: To be able to record your educational activities, German delegates are kindly requested to provide their EFN number BEFORE the start of the congress. They can do so through their Congress egistration account. Once logged in click on “Add your EFN number” and enter the details. 

Evaluation of sessions is required. German delegates who have provided their EFN number prior to the congress will be contacted by the EFORT Head Office after the congress by e-mail to complete our evaluation form. Upon completion of this form, we will be able to provide the corresponding CME certificate.
