Exhibition application process

• The Priority Application Process and benefits opened on Monday 01 November 2021 and closed on Monday 22 November 2021.
• The Final Exhibition Application deadline is now Saturday 30 April 2022.
• All companies wishing to participate in the 23^rd EFORT Annual Congress Lisbon 2022 are welcome and invited to do so using the appropriate exhibition application form > please download the PDF to activate the interactive form.
• Applications and confirmation will be on a first come, first served basis and subject to remaining availability until the congress takes place 22 to 24 June 2022.

Exhibition overview:

• Cost per square meter as published.
• Choose from 3 available booth spaces on the EFORT Congress Exhibition Floor Plan and EFORT will confirm one of your 3 choices of space within 2 to 5 working days maximum.
• All exhibitors will receive instructions on how to access the Online Exhibitors Database Listing allowing you to populate your portfolio of products and services at no additional cost to all interested parties and registered delegates.
• Invoiced in CHF Swiss Francs and payment due within 30 days.

Industry satellite application process

• All companies wishing to participate in 23^rd EFORT Annual Congress Lisbon 2022 are invited to do so using the appropriate satellite application form  > please download the PDF to activate the interactive form.
• Applications and confirmation will be on a first come, first served basis and subject to remaining availability until the congress takes place on 22 to 24 June 2022.

Satellite Symposium overview:

• Cost as published subject to date and room size (details available in the order from).
• All satellites may submit one electronic announcement to EFORT where the organizers will place it on a HD screen in a high traffic delegate area where your satellite details will be repeated on a loop (until your satellite has taken place).
• Authorization to leave 100 flyers in a purpose provided “self service” info tray below the screen.
• Listing and visibility on EFORT Congress Lisbon 2022 Mobile App.
• Regular promotions by EFORT through all communications channels.
• Invoiced in CHF Swiss Francs and payment due within 30 days.
• Preferential rates to place an insert in the congress bag or equivalent visibility.
