This year EFORT replaces its traditional Congress Booth with The EFORT Plaza which will be located in the Exhibition Area, first floor, of the Barcelona Congress, covering a space of 300 square metres where the following Highlights, Activities and Presentation Programme will take place.

Highlights

• Educational Activities:
  • EOTEP: courses & fellowships.
  • eScience 2018 (on-line access to previous congress science).
• EFORT Open Reviews (EOR) corner: on line journal – catch up with the Editors.
• International Membership : how to become an EFORT International Fellow.
• EFORT Board lounge:  meet and learn about EFORT’s strategy from the leadership.

Activities

• Charging Stations for Electronic Devices.
• Seating area – a relaxing environment to network with colleagues.

Programme (Forum)

• The Forum will be a semi-closed area with a maximum of 30 seating cubes including a podium hosting presentations covering EFORT activities and in particular the new lifelong learning platform – European Orthopaedics & Traumatology Education Platform (EOTEP).
• Key features in Education will be presented, one to one discussions and group debates.
• Each 15 minute slot includes a 10 minute presentation with 5 minutes for discussion and Q&A.
